My name is Zoe. I'm 17 years old and live in a little town called Stamford. There are many things I struggle with, as I am sure you will find out through my blog, and I want all of you to know that I am always here if you need advice or help regarding any type of problems, whether they be eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, family, depression, friendships, relationships, health, ANYTHING. I am here to help. Even if it's just to vent. My blog may not be everyones cuppa, but it is somewhere where I can be myself and get some of my thoughts out of my head.
